  • Why work with Brittany?
Plain and simple I love what I do. I wake up every day feeling grateful that I get to share my knowledge, skills and passion to help families get to a point of joy in their journey with feeding their child and seeing their child develop. Working in different therapy settings allowed me to help children with a wide range of needs, but I always felt like something was missing. I wanted to be in a position where I could make myself 100% available to my clients not only during the session but all week, anytime, whenever they needed me. Now I have that opportunity to be fully present and active in planning for my clients care outside of the time we are physically together. For the time that we are together in a session, what better place than in the home environment? Busy parents have enough appointments to drive to and we all know getting our kids in and out of the car 20 times a day can feel daunting. It has been such a unique experience to bring therapy into the home where most feeding takes place and where families can feel at ease in the comfort of their own space.
  • My service model and areas I support
I believe that the home is the best place to work on feeding and early motor development because it is an environment in which these activities naturally occur. Additionally, being able to provide therapy in the home allows parents to feel a sense of comfort with one less appointment to drive to. I provide in-home occupational therapy, feeding therapy and support with introducing solids across Orange County, CA. There is also an option for telehealth within the state of California.
  • Prices
    30-minute phone consultation: $0 In-Home Evaluation: $265 In-Home Follow-up Sessions: $180
  • Insurance
I am not set up to take insurance at this time. I will provide a super-bill upon request to be submitted to your insurance and reimbursement will depend on your specific insurance carrier.

Testimonials

"My family's journey with food has been rough. I didn't realize what it would mean for us to have 2 young boys struggle with eating balanced meals, in healthy ways. As a parent I'd feel guilty, wondering what I did wrong. I'd feel trapped. We couldn't enjoy eating out as a family, or being too far from home for fear of not being able to feed our kids. Working with Brittany gives us the tools to help our boys, with measurable progress week over week. More important, Brittany builds our confidence so we know we're doing the right things to help.

What's Brittany more, Brittany is kind, compassionate, and creative with her techniques. Her passion for her work is palpable. She is in contact with us during the week to make sure we're equipped for our sessions, and she checks in on how we're feeling. And as a mom, one of the greatest victories in all of this is that my boys absolutely love her. They can feel her love toward them, and with that they feel safe and encouraged to explore new food and new ways to think about mealtime. I highly recommend Brittany."
